CLEAR has partnered with Ochsner Health to deploy its CLEAR1 identity platform across Ochsner’s footprint in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. The deployment spans 47 hospitals and 370 clinics, integrating secure identity verification into both patient and employee workflows across a network that serves 1.6 million patients annually.

Since the initial rollout, more than 10,000 Ochsner patients have successfully used CLEAR1 for password resets, achieving a 93% success rate. This rapid adoption has reduced manual identity checks and streamlined access to the MyOchsner patient portal.
3. Upcoming Rollout Phases
Future phases will extend CLEAR1 functionality to patient account creation within MyOchsner and enable employee account recovery for Ochsner’s 40,000 staff and 5,000 affiliated physicians. CLEAR1 embeds directly into electronic health records, patient portals and clinician tools to minimize friction and manual processes.

CLEAR1 holds Full Service certification from the Kantara Initiative for NIST Identity Assurance Level 2 and Authenticator Assurance Level 2. These high-assurance standards underpin trusted healthcare data exchange and support compliance with stringent privacy and security requirements.
