Clearmind advances CMND-100 alcohol use disorder trial into patient testing after Phase I safety readout

Part B will test CMND-100 in moderate to severe alcohol use disorder patients for the first time, targeting early signs of reduced drinking and craving.

Part C will run in parallel in healthy participants to further assess safety and tolerability during a multi-day dosing schedule.

Clearmind Medicine’s DSMB cleared its FDA-regulated Phase I/II trial of CMND-100 to move into Parts B and C.

Results from Part A have already been reviewed, supporting progression based on a favorable safety and tolerability profile in healthy participants.
