Clearmind Medicine advanced its FDA-regulated Phase I/II trial of CMND-100 into patient testing for alcohol use disorder.
Results were already presented from Part A, which met the primary safety endpoint and showed tolerability in healthy participants.
Part B to test patients with alcohol use disorder
Part B will test CMND-100 in moderate to severe alcohol use disorder patients, targeting early signs of reduced drinking and craving.
Part C to further characterize safety and tolerability
Part C will dose healthy participants for five days to further characterize the safety and tolerability profile.
