Clearsign posted a Q2 net loss of $1.31 million, narrowing 22.2% year over year; loss per share improved to $0.22.
Revenue climbed to $560,000, more than doubled from a year earlier, on partial flare system deliveries, spare parts, and CFD studies.
Six-month loss narrows and cash position remains solid
For the six-month period, net loss narrowed 6.9% to $3.5 million as revenue rose 40.6% to $751,000.
Six-month gross loss was $165,000, hurt by a warranty accrual estimate adjustment tied to 2025 process burners.
Cash and cash equivalents totaled $9.89 million at June 30; net public-offering proceeds were about $3.4 million.
