ClearSign prices 500,000-share private placement at $3.54 per share, raising $1.77 million

ClearSign Technologies completed a private placement of 500,000 unregistered common shares to an existing stockholder.
The shares were priced at $3.54 per share, for gross proceeds of $1.77 million. The sale closed July 22, 2026.
