Clearway Energy publishes Q3 2026 operating data preview

1. Generation and availability
Clearway Energy reported wind compensable generation of 2,424 GWh, supported by favorable resources and third-party damages payments, and solar compensable generation of 3,366 GWh. Wind performance was 98% of its index and solar performance was 93%, with Western U.S. solar resources slightly below P-50. Wind plant availability was 91%, including 83% in the Midwest, down from 94% in the second quarter; solar availability was 97% and flexible generation availability was 94%.
