Click Holdings forms Hong Kong joint venture to add rehabilitation services under Care U brand
CLIK•Click Holdings formed a Hong Kong joint venture, Care U Rehabilitation Services, to add rehabilitation to its Care U senior-care platform. An existing physiotherapy clinic will become Care U Rehabilitation Centre, with the move targeting immediate margin uplift and a model intended for expansion into mainland China, including the Greater Bay Area.
1. Rehabilitation expansion
Click Holdings formed Care U Rehabilitation Services in Hong Kong to add rehabilitation to its Care U senior-care platform. An operating physiotherapy clinic will move into the venture as Care U Rehabilitation Centre, serving as the group’s Central Clinic; the move targets immediate margin uplift by bringing more physiotherapy in-house while keeping the centre operating without interruption.
2. Expansion model
The Hong Kong model is intended as a template for expansion into mainland China, including the Greater Bay Area.
