CMes Robotics cuts confirmed Coupang contract value to KRW 712.8 million in correction filing

CMes Robotics issued a correction to its previously disclosed supply contract as the contract period ended on June 30, 2026.
The confirmed contract amount was revised to KRW 712.8 million from KRW 1.19 billion, reflecting cash received to date.
The customer is Coupang; the contract covers installation of a logistics-robot automation solution in South Korea.
CMes kept the original contract value unchanged, citing uncertainty over final payment timing beyond the contract end date.
The revised amount equals 10.34% of 2024 consolidated revenue, down from 17.2% previously disclosed.
