CMS confirms pass-through payments for Lantheus’ PYLARIFY TruVu through September 2029
LNTH•CMS’s 2027 hospital outpatient payment final rule maintains separate reimbursement for qualifying diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals. PYLARIFY TruVu will receive transitional pass-through payments through September 30, 2029, and permanent billing code A9613 takes effect October 1, 2026.
