CN Moves 2.67M Tonnes in June, Schedules Q2 Results on July 24
CNI•CN moved 2.67 million tonnes of grain in June, a new monthly record beating the 2020 June mark of 2.64 MMT despite heavy rainfall. The company set July 24 for its Q2 2026 results release, with CEO Tracy Robinson hosting an 8:30 a.m. ET conference call and webcast.
1. Record Grain Movement
In June, CN transported 2.67 million metric tonnes of grain from Western Canada, surpassing the previous June record of 2.64 MMT set in 2020. The achievement was driven by close collaboration across the grain supply chain and operational flexibility that allowed the railway to reroute shipments and maintain network fluidity despite heavy rainfall.
2. Q2 Results Announcement
CN will issue its second-quarter 2026 financial and operating results before markets open on July 24. CEO Tracy Robinson will lead an 8:30 a.m. ET conference call and webcast to review performance and outlook, with access provided via telephone or the Investors section of CN’s website.
