CNH formed a strategic alliance with Bourgault Industries to supply co-branded Case IH and New Holland seeding equipment made by Bourgault.
Distribution is set for CNH’s dealer network in North America, Australia and other targeted seeding markets, with a focus on large-scale operations.
The portfolio will cover precision seeding air drill systems and high-capacity air carts, and will include digital control technology.
The deal aims to accelerate time-to-market for advanced seeding products under CNH’s Path to 2030 strategy.
