CNH Industrial Capital Canada prices Cdn$550 million notes offering

CNH Industrial Capital Canada priced a private placement of Cdn$200 million 4.00% notes due Sept. 25, 2028.
It also priced Cdn$350 million 4.40% notes due Sept. 25, 2030.
Use of proceeds and terms
Proceeds will support general funds, working capital, asset purchases in the ordinary course, and debt repayment as due.
The notes will be senior unsecured obligations, guaranteed by CNH Industrial Capital, CNH Industrial Capital America, and New Holland Credit.
Closing is expected Sept. 25, 2026.
