CNH Industrial names Eric Shuman CTO as Jay Schroeder retires in 2027

CNH Industrial announced the retirements of CTO Jay Schroeder, effective Jan. 1, 2027, and Agriculture Chief Commercial Officer Stefano Pampalone, effective Sept. 1, 2026.

Eric Shuman will become CTO on Jan. 1, 2027; he is Vice President, Precision Technology Product Management since June 2025.

Shuman has spent more than 25 years at CNH, holding leadership roles across product management, quality, manufacturing, and global product development.

Leadership duties will be reshuffled on Sept. 1, 2026, with expanded remits for Chun Woytera, Carlo Materazzo, and Markus Müller.

Schroeder and Pampalone are expected to stay on in advisory roles to support the leadership transition.
