CNS Pharmaceuticals announces annual shareholder meeting

CNS Pharmaceuticals will hold its annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 30, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect six directors, including Rami Levin and board chair Faith L. Charles.
Ballots also cover auditor ratification for MaloneBailey for 2026, plus an advisory vote on executive pay.
A separate proposal seeks to expand the 2020 Stock Plan by 650,000 shares, increasing the plan’s total to 765,061 shares.
Investors will also consider authorizing an adjournment to solicit additional proxies if needed to pass proposals.
