Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting Daniel Bohrer took over as principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective Sept. 2.
Bohrer previously served as vice president of finance and accounting at Co-Diagnostics from Sept. 2021 to Sept. 2026.
Earlier roles include director of accounting at Workfront, acquired by Adobe, before serving as an assurance senior manager at EY.
