CO2 Energy Transition held its annual shareholder meeting on July 21, 2026.
Shareholders adopted an amendment to extend the deadline to complete a business combination from July 22, 2026 to June 22, 2027, with up to 11 one-month extensions.
The extension plan requires deposits into the IPO trust account of the lesser of $50,000 or $0.03 per remaining public share for each month extended.
Trust agreement amended to match new deadline
Shareholders also adopted an amendment to the investment management trust agreement to align the business-combination deadline under the trust with June 22, 2027.
