Cobepa agreed to sell its investment in Gen II Fund Services to KKR in a transaction valued at $5.1 billion.

1. Deal details

The transaction agreement was dated Oct. 8, 2026. Gen II, founded in 2009, provides tech-enabled fund administration services and serves more than 275 investment managers representing over $2 trillion in assets.
