Coca-Cola Consolidated Q2 net income fell 15.2% to USD 158.8 million, despite net sales rising 10.6% to USD 2.05 billion.
Operating income was flat at USD 271.3 million; operating margin narrowed 1.5 percentage points to 13.2%.
Gross profit increased 4.8% to USD 778.4 million; gross margin slid 2.1 percentage points to 37.9% on higher aluminum costs and tariffs.
Volume and demand drivers
Volume climbed 7.6% to 97 cases; management cited demand tied to America250 and the FIFA World Cup, with Sparkling and Still sales up 9.7% and 11.5%.
Cash flow and capital spending
First-half operating cash flow rose to USD 420.6 million; the company repaid USD 275 million of debt year-to-date and kept FY2026 capex at about USD 300 million.
