Coca-Cola İçecek volume rose 8% to 1.62bn unit cases in 2025 and net sales surged 38.2% to T179.45bn as COO Ahmet Kürşad Ertin was named CEO in July. Coca-Cola holds a C+ earnings quality rating, faces a $6bn IRS tax dispute and animal welfare allegations, yet upholds its dividend streak.

1. Leadership Transition at CCI

In July group COO Ahmet Kürşad Ertin will become CEO, replacing Karim Yahi who led the Turkey-based bottler since September 2023 and will return to the US. Ertin has over 25 years with the business including senior roles across Türkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Pakistan.

2. Strong 2025 Results

CCI volume rose 8% year-on-year to 1.62bn unit cases in 2025 and net sales climbed 38.2% to T179.45bn ($4.08bn) excluding TAS 29, with EBIT up 33.6% to T28.23bn and net income up 33.2% to T12.44bn; under hyperinflation accounting net sales rose 3.9%, EBIT 1.8% and net income fell 27.4%.

3. Parent Company Challenges

The Coca-Cola Company carries a C+ earnings quality rating, is engaged in a $6bn IRS tax dispute covering 2007-2009, and faces animal welfare allegations at Fairlife, though it maintains a long-running dividend increase streak.

4. 2026 Outlook

CCI expects 2026 operating conditions to remain volatile, forecasting low- to mid-single-digit growth in Türkiye and high-single-digit growth internationally, flat to mid-single-digit NSR/uc growth and stable EBIT margins under continuing macroeconomic pressures.
