Coca-Cola is seeking to unwind its acquisition of Costa Coffee, a report said, citing people familiar with the matter. The company did not immediately respond to a request for comment, and it could not be determined what price it might seek for the coffee chain.
Coca-Cola scrapped plans to sell Costa earlier this year after private equity offers came in below expectations, a separate report said in January. At least one strategic acquirer considered a deal before passing because of valuation and strategic issues.
