- Brosgart has several decades of experience in antiviral therapy, epidemiology, and biopharma advisory.
- She spent more than a decade at Gilead Sciences, contributing to development and FDA approval of Viread and Hepsera.
- She previously served as founding medical director of the East Bay AIDS Center at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley.
