Codexis prices 16,666,667-share common stock offering at $1.5 per share

Offering priced and expected proceeds
Codexis priced an underwritten public offering of 16,666,667 common shares at $1.50 each.
Net proceeds are expected to be about $23.1 million, after underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. Closing is targeted around July 27, 2026.
