Codexis signs agreement with siRNA drug developer to explore ECO Synthesis platform
CDXS•Codexis signed an agreement with an unnamed siRNA drug developer to evaluate its ECO Synthesis platform for producing stereo-defined siRNA fragments.
1. Platform evaluation
The work will assess enzymatically produced stereo-defined oligonucleotide fragments for assembly by ligation as a potential alternative to solid-phase synthesis. The parties will compare the approaches on purity, product quality and ligation performance for potential clinical use.
