COFCO International agrees to buy Brazilian sugar mills from Bunge

PARIS, Sept. 1 (Reuters) - COFCO International has agreed to buy two sugar mills in Brazil from fellow crop merchant Bunge BG.N, the Chinese-owned firm said in a statement on Tuesday.

The deal will cover the Rio Vermelho and Nova Unialco sugar mills. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
