Cognizant Acquires Astreya, Posts 5.8% Q1 Revenue Growth
Cognizant will acquire Astreya, an IT managed services provider across 35 countries, to integrate its AI OpsHub platform and strategic partnerships into Cognizant’s enterprise AI infrastructure. In Q1 2026 Cognizant posted $5.4bn revenue (up 5.8%), flat net income of $662m and delivered a 5% EPS beat, driving a Buy rating.

Cognizant has agreed to acquire Astreya, an IT managed services and solutions provider with operations in over 35 countries. The deal, pending regulatory approval in Q2 2026, will integrate Astreya’s AI OpsHub platform and partnerships with Google Cloud and ServiceNow to enhance Cognizant’s AI infrastructure capabilities for enterprise clients.
