CTSH•Cognizant unveiled its Neuro AI Trust platform offering continuous governance, real-time observability and automated policy enforcement across enterprise AI systems with Guardian Agents and a central dashboard. The company also scheduled its Q2 2026 earnings release for July 29, 2026 with a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern.
Cognizant introduced Neuro AI Trust, a governance platform designed to deliver end-to-end observability and continuous oversight across AI models, agents and applications. It features multi-agent Guardian systems to monitor behavior and interactions in real time, an intelligence layer for policy enforcement, and a centralized dashboard to surface trust scores, risks and audit-ready records.
The control layer uses Guardian Agents to watch for drift, coordination failures and security issues, while the intelligence layer applies policies aligned with NIST, EU AI Act and custom frameworks at runtime. Real-time alerts, automated guardrails and human escalation options aim to reduce operational, regulatory and reputational risks as AI systems evolve.
Neuro AI Trust integrates with Cognizant’s existing AI portfolio, including its AI Multi-Agent Accelerator and the internal agentified intranet serving 350,000 employees. Policies and thresholds can be updated without coding, enabling compliance, legal and risk teams to adapt governance as requirements change.
Cognizant will release second quarter 2026 results before market open on July 29, 2026, followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. A live webcast and an on-demand replay will be available through the Investor Relations section of the company’s website.
