2. Full-Year Fiscal 2026 Performance and Share Repurchases

For FYE26, revenue rose 14.1% to $400.0 million and GAAP operating income swung to $13.3 million from a loss of $5.1 million. Non-GAAP operating income more than doubled to $36.7 million, adjusted EBITDA grew 66% to $48.2 million, the board authorized an additional $20 million in share repurchases, and cash position reached $116.9 million with no debt.
