Operating income climbed to $12.41 million from $5.13 million in Q1, while compensation and benefits expense increased to $48.19 million .
Loss from equity method affiliates widened to $3.04 million ; management said the loss was primarily driven by Columbus Circle Capital Corp II.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share , payable Sept. 2 to holders of record Aug. 19.
