Cohen & Steers AUM slips to $101 billion at Aug. 31, 2026

• Open-end funds: AUM totaled USD 49.72 billion; net inflows were USD 430 million; market depreciation was USD 804 million; distributions were USD 49 million.
• Institutional accounts: AUM was USD 38.73 billion; net inflows were USD 98 million; market depreciation was USD 924 million; distributions were USD 48 million.
• Closed-end funds: AUM stood at USD 12.58 billion; market depreciation was USD 144 million; distributions were USD 58 million.

Cohen & Steers reported preliminary AUM of USD 101 billion at Aug. 31, 2026, down from USD 102.5 billion at July-end.

August change was driven by USD 1.87 billion of market depreciation and USD 155 million of distributions, partially offset by USD 528 million of net inflows.
