Coinbase posted Q2 2026 revenue of USD 1.22 billion, down 14% quarter-on-quarter, with transaction revenue of USD 599.2 million down 21%.
Net loss was USD 359.5 million, or USD 1.36 a share, while adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) fell 31% Q/Q to USD 207.8 million.
Subscription and services revenue slipped 5% Q/Q to USD 555.1 million, led by stablecoin revenue of USD 292 million on a new high of USD 20 billion average USDC held.
Total crypto market share rose 1.2 percentage points to 10.3%, while assets on platform fell to USD 246 billion, or 11.2% of total crypto market cap.
For Q3 2026, Coinbase forecast transaction revenue of USD 500 million to USD 580 million, with adjusted expenses (non-GAAP) of USD 980 million to USD 1.08 billion.
