Coincheck Group will hold its annual general meeting in Amsterdam on Sept. 25, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on adopting the annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2026.
Board changes are up for approval, including appointments and reappointments of executive and non-executive directors.
Items include reappointing KPMG Accountants as external auditor for the Dutch statutory annual accounts for the year ending March 31, 2027.
Proposals also cover board authority for share issuance, pre-emptive right exclusions, share repurchases, and share cancellations.
