CollPlant Biotechnologies priced a USD 3.7 million private placement of 989,301 ordinary shares or equivalents at USD 3.74. The deal also includes unregistered warrants for up to 1,483,952 ordinary shares, exercisable immediately at USD 3.74. Proceeds are earmarked primarily to accelerate LightSolver research and development on laser-based supercomputing architecture, with some funds for general corporate purposes. Closing is expected on or about Oct. 14, 2026, subject to customary conditions; H.C. Wainwright and Rodman & Renshaw are joint placement agents.
