Upfront consideration totals 3,734,476 newly issued CollPlant ordinary shares, equal to 19.7% of shares outstanding pre-signing.
The deal also includes pre-funded warrants for 6,134,363 shares, milestone warrants for 224,078,345 shares, and rollover options for 2,261,966 shares.
LightSolver targets commercial availability of its Laser Processing Unit platform in 2028, designed to complement CPUs and GPUs.

Closing is expected this week under an equity-based structure with upfront shares, pre-funded warrants, milestone warrants, and rollover options.
