Occupancy improved to 94%, up more than 2 percentage points year-to-date; 60,985 sqm of leases were signed, representing EUR 28 million annualized rent.

1H26 earnings, rent and valuation update
Colonial SFL posted EPRA earnings of EUR 111 million in 1H 2026, up 4% year-on-year; EPRA EPS rose to 17.78 euro cents.
Rental income increased 5% year-on-year to EUR 207 million, while rental EBITDA climbed 3% to EUR 188 million.
IFRS net profit totaled EUR 230 million; gross asset value rose 3.4% like-for-like to EUR 12.08 billion.
