Columbus Circle Capital Corp II will hold an extraordinary general meeting at White & Case LLP in 2026.
Shareholders will vote on renaming the company to Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VII.
The meeting will also vote on adopting amended and restated memorandum and articles to reflect the name change.
An adjournment resolution will be put forward to allow more time to secure votes or complete the name change.
