Consumers who received breach notifications in December 2023 qualify for the settlement class. Eligible claimants may seek up to $10,000 for documented out-of-pocket expenses or lost time, or opt for a simpler cash payment of $50, subject to the total number of valid claims filed by August 14.
3. Payment Timeline
A final approval hearing is scheduled for July 7, after which claimants can expect payments to be issued. The deadline to file either documented claims or alternative cash claims is August 14 to qualify for distributions.
