Comfort Systems USA's board amended its stock repurchase program to authorize 994,606 additional common shares beyond the previously authorized 11,757,964 shares. Through November 4, 2026, the company had repurchased 11,752,570 shares for an aggregate cost of $1.71 billion, excluding excise tax.
