CMRCCMRC

Commerce’s Feedonomics has launched Agentic Catalog Exports, enabling enterprise merchants including Dell to syndicate optimized catalogs of roughly 7,000 SKUs to AI discovery channels like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Copilot and Amazon. The service reduces integration overhead through automated data optimization and accelerates merchants’ participation in emerging AI-driven shopping surfaces.

1. Agentic Catalog Exports Launch

Commerce’s Feedonomics division has introduced Agentic Catalog Exports (ACE), an enterprise service designed to transform traditional product feeds into agent-ready catalogs. ACE automates data transformation, enrichment and syndication to meet the evolving specifications of AI shopping protocols without requiring custom engineering for each channel.

2. Early Adoption by Dell

Dell is among the first to implement ACE, using the service to structure and optimize a catalog of approximately 7,000 items, including laptops, desktops, servers, monitors and accessories. This initial deployment ensures Dell products are accurately represented and discoverable within AI agents like ChatGPT.

3. Broad Channel Integration

ACE supports a growing list of agentic discovery surfaces, including OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, PayPal, Stripe, Perplexity and Amazon. By delivering optimized feeds directly to these channels, merchants can participate in AI-driven shopping experiences alongside traditional ad networks.

4. Strategic Impact and Roadmap

The launch of ACE aligns with Commerce’s strategy to lead agentic commerce, reducing operational overhead while expanding merchant reach. Future enhancements will include self-service export configuration and broader accessibility for mid-market customers, positioning Commerce for long-term growth in AI-powered retail.
