Community National Bank names new senior IT officer

Community Bancorp’s Community National Bank promoted Richard “Rich” Stovall to senior vice president, senior information technology officer on July 22, 2026.

Stovall joined CNB seven years ago from Jay Peak Ski Resort’s IT team.
He was promoted in 2023 to assistant vice president, IT manager, leading work across the bank’s technology systems.
