Commvault Q1 FY27 non-GAAP EBIT climbs 39% YoY to $71 million; revenue rises 11% to $314 million

It also raised its FY’27 subscription revenue view to $1.12 billion to $1.13 billion.
Q1 FY27 results
CommVault posted fiscal Q1’27 revenue of $314 million, up 11% year over year; subscription revenue rose 16% to $267 million.
Non-GAAP operating income climbed to $71 million, lifting non-GAAP EBIT margin to 22.8% from 20.7% a year earlier.
Subscription ARR increased 22% to $1.05 billion, led by SaaS ARR growth of 38% to $424 million; subscription NRR held at 114%.
Free cash flow rose 71% to $51 million; share repurchases totaled $10 million.
