Commvault Reports 21% ARR Growth and Record $132M Free Cash Flow

Commvault's Q4 revenue totaled $312 million, up 13% year-over-year, with subscription revenue rising 20% to $208 million and SaaS revenue surging 43% to $93 million. Operating income was $17 million (5.3% margin), non-GAAP EBIT reached $66 million (21.3% margin), and both operating and free cash flow hit a record $132 million.

2. Full-Year Fiscal 2026 Highlights

Annual revenue grew 19% to $1.184 billion, with total ARR at $1.122 billion, up 21% year-over-year (18% constant currency). Subscription revenue increased 30% to $768 million (SaaS up 52% to $333 million), non-GAAP EBIT was $238 million (20.1% margin), and free cash flow reached $237 million.

3. Strategic Integrations and Partnerships

Commvault expanded platform capabilities through integrations with Microsoft Security and CrowdStrike, forged a strategic alliance with NetApp, extended identity resilience to Okta, and acquired Satori to bolster data and AI security. A partnership with STACKIT was also launched to meet European sovereign cloud and cyber resilience requirements.

4. Fiscal 2027 Guidance

For Q1 fiscal 2027, Commvault expects subscription revenue of $263–265 million and a non-GAAP EBIT margin around 19%. Full-year guidance forecasts subscription revenue of $1.115–1.125 billion, subscription ARR of $1.200–1.210 billion, total revenue of $1.300–1.310 billion, a 20.5% non-GAAP EBIT margin, and free cash flow between $250 million and $260 million.
