Auditor change takes effect July 16, 2026

Compass Diversified Holdings replaced Grant Thornton with Deloitte as its independent auditor, effective July 16, 2026.

Deloitte will review interim financial statements starting with the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and will then audit the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.

Grant Thornton reports material weaknesses and going-concern doubt

Grant Thornton’s 2024 audit report flagged substantial doubt about the company’s ability to continue as a going concern, citing a restatement covering 2024, 2023 and 2022.

Grant Thornton also issued adverse opinions on internal controls for 2025 and 2024 because of material weaknesses.

No accounting or auditing disagreements were reported with Grant Thornton, and no reportable events were cited beyond the control weaknesses.
