Compass Pathways reports post-hoc analysis showing COMP360 trial support distinct from psychotherapy
CMPS•Post-hoc analysis of Phase 2 PTSD study
Compass Pathways reported a published post-hoc analysis of an open-label Phase 2 PTSD study of COMP360 synthetic psilocybin.
The analysis found 78% of dosing sessions were silent, with patient support described as minimal, non-directive monitoring rather than psychotherapy.
The company framed the results as supporting attribution of rapid, durable symptom improvement to the drug experience, not “psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy.”
