Compugen announces annual shareholder meeting

Compugen will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders in Holon, Israel on Sept. 10, 2026.
Shareholder votes to include directors, compensation and auditor
Shareholders will vote to elect eight directors for terms running through the 2027 annual meeting.
The meeting will also seek approval of an amended compensation policy for directors and officers.
Investors will vote on reappointing Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of EY Global, as independent auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
