Solar panel recycling system moves into production ramp-up
Comstock Mining brought a fully integrated, 100,000-ton-per-year solar panel recycling system online, shifting the site from commissioning to production ramp-up.
The line has run end-to-end, producing clean, separated offtake materials; final integration is slated for mid-August.
Ramp targets continuous processing at 25% of rated capacity as a first production milestone in September, moving toward 24/7 operations.
Glass-upgrading systems were installed and tested ahead of plan to support higher-specification glass output.
Metals recovery development continues toward a one-ton-per-day pilot aimed at extracting silver and other metals from offcut streams.
