Comstock Holding Companies and McWilliams|Ballard closed a $10.9 million sale of the full-floor penthouse at JW Marriott Residences Reston Station.

• The transaction set a Virginia record for the highest-priced condominium sale, topping a $10.25 million sale in the same building earlier in 2026.
• The project has generated more than $115 million in cumulative sales since opening.
