Comtech appoints Christopher D. Maloney to board as independent director

Comtech appointed Christopher D. Maloney as an independent director, effective Oct. 1, 2026, expanding its board to seven directors.

1. Board appointment

Maloney founded TriTech Software Systems in 1993 and served as its CEO and chairman until its 2018 sale to Bain Capital. He was CEO and a director of SOMA Global from 2021 to 2024.
