Conagra appoints Amy Held chief administrative officer in new role

Held was chief human resources officer at Simply Good Foods; previously spent over a decade at J.M. Smucker, ending as chief transformation officer. EVP and chief human resources officer Charisse Brock will retire in October. EVP and chief networking officer Jon Harris will leave in September to pursue opportunities outside the company.

Conagra named Amy Held executive vice president, chief administrative officer in a newly created role, effective Sept. 14. Held will oversee human resources, corporate communications and chief of staff duties, reporting to CEO John Brase.
