Conagra streamlined its leadership structure, shifting two business unit heads to report directly to CEO John Brase.
- Noelle O’Mara, EVP and president of Refrigerated and Frozen, now reports to Brase.
- Jill Dexter, EVP and president of Grocery and Snacks, now reports to Brase.
- Burke Raine was named EVP and chief growth officer, moving from his prior leadership role to oversee Foodservice, International, and R&D.
- COO Tom McGough will retire effective Sept. 4, 2026; the COO role will be eliminated.
