2. Good Food and Safety Initiatives

Under Good Food, Conagra introduced front-of-pack “GLP-1 Friendly” labeling on select Healthy Choice products and expanded SmartLabel transparency with 7,500 live pages covering over 3,600 SKUs. All production facilities completed Global Food Safety Initiative certification, reinforcing a robust food safety culture and recall readiness.

3. Environmental and Sourcing Commitments

Conagra aligned with Science Based Targets initiative guidelines to set strengthened 2035 Scope 1, 2 and 3 climate goals, diverted approximately 90% of solid waste from landfill or incineration, and deployed a $9 million Sustainability Capital Allowance for greenhouse gas reduction, water conservation and waste minimization. The company also initiated a priority-ingredients assessment with Kellogg School of Management and joined the Circular Action Alliance to advance packaging circularity.

Through Stronger Communities efforts, employees volunteered over 10,000 hours across more than 100 nonprofits, and the company donated 19 million pounds of food—equivalent to 15 million meals—to Feeding America. The Conagra Brands Foundation’s Shine the Light on Hunger campaign raised the equivalent of 8 million meals for Omaha-area food banks, surpassing its goal by 60% and funding grants for 28 partner organizations.
